The courses

1. General course (56 lesson units)

The classes are in the morning or in the afternoon (2 x 2 lesson units). Courses begin in October and March. Each lesson unit equals 45 minutes. We offer 6 levels of courses A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2.

Next course will start in October 2017

Also we offer courses for exams of State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language on B1, B2 and C2 level

2. Intensive course (60 lesson units)

The course takes place in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday to Friday, 4 lesson units daily. One level lasts 3 weeks and consists of 60 lessons. The levels are as for general course.

3. One-to-one classes.

This type of course can start at any time during the year. Schedule and duration are chosen by the student. The programme of the course is decided on the basis of the student’s needs and interests.

4. Professional course

These courses are tailored to suit special needs of students and concentrate on specific areas of Polish. Students can choose between the following courses: history, arts, film, politics, commercial, legal or technical language.

Before the beginning of the course we give you a written grammar test that takes about one hour to complete. While you are doing this a teacher will speak to you in private to check that all your details are correct and to get some idea of how much you understand and how well you can express yourself in Polish.

All courses are held in small groups, limited to a maximum of 9 students. This limited class size offers students individual attention and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which they learn the language.

All the educational materials used during the course are included in the price. Our library with Polish novels, grammar books, course books and magazines is also available to our students free of charge. A certificate of attendance can be given at the end of each course.
